Adb not showing any device due to localhost doesn't point to 127.0.0.1

Go to ->windows->system32->drivers>etc->host remove-> ::1 localhost
set-> 127.0.0.1 localhost 2- Do the following:
Replace your platform-tools with this one and delete the other one.
